As the name suggests, dahi kebabs feature a crispy exterior with a melt-in-the-mouth filling made with curd and paneer. While naturally rich in protein, dahi kebabs can be made healthier when air-fried.
1 cup dahi 1/2 cup paneer 1/2 cup onions 1/4 cup capsicum 1/2 tsp ginger paste 1/2 tsp green chilli paste 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp chaat masala 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1 tbsp coriander leaves Salt to taste 2 tbsp cornflour 2 tbsp breadcrumbs Oil for deep frying
Mix dahi, paneer, onions, capsicum, ginger paste, chilli paste, and all the spices.
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into patties.
In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs and cornflour. Coat the patties with this mixture.
Refrigerate the coated patties for about 20 minutes.
Heat some oil and deep fry to make kurkure dahi kebabs. Serve with a chutney.
