Crispy tortilla filled with spicy paneer quesadilla recipe brings together melted cheese and masala-coated paneer in every bite. It’s smoky, cheesy, and perfect for quick lunches or evening cravings.
2 tortillas 1 cup crumbled paneer ½ cup chopped onion ½ cup chopped capsicum 1 tsp red chilli powder ½ tsp cumin powder Salt to taste ½ cup grated cheese 1 tbsp butter
Heat butter in a pan and sauté onions and capsicum until slightly soft.
Add paneer, spices, and salt, then cook for 2-3 minutes.
Place tortilla on a pan, spread filling evenly on one side.
Sprinkle cheese, fold, and cook until golden and crisp.
Cut into wedges and serve hot with dip or chutney.
