Cold, creamy homemade ice cream made with just a few ingredients feels indulgent yet surprisingly simple. No machine needed - just whip, fold, and freeze your way to a smooth, melt-in-mouth dessert.
2 cups chilled fresh cream 1 cup condensed milk 1 tsp vanilla extract
Whip the chilled cream using a hand mixer until soft peaks form; it should look fluffy but not stiff.
Add condensed milk and vanilla extract to the whipped cream gently.
Fold everything slowly using a spatula to keep the mixture airy.
Transfer into an airtight container and smooth the top.
Freeze for 6-8 hours or overnight, then scoop and serve.
