An easy way to enjoy stuffed eggs, devilled eggs are a great savoury option that is perfect to enjoy on its own. Using a few pantry ingredients, spruce up basic hard-boiled eggs to make these creamy bites of goodness.
6 eggs 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard ½ teaspoon black pepper powder 3 tablespoons Greek yoghurt 1 tablespoon chopped spring onions ½ teaspoon paprika Salt, to taste
Place the eggs gently in boiling water and cook for 7-8 minutes before draining and running under cold water.
Peel and cut into halves, and use a spoon to scoop out the cooked yolks into a bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients to the egg yolks and mix well to combine.
Spoon the filling into each crater of the egg white and repeat until done.
Refrigerate for an hour and enjoy.
