Coconut Curd is a creamy and refreshing dish made with coconut milk and curd. It is a healthy and satisfying addition for a dip or even a dessert. Don’t miss trying this delicious recipe.
1 cup thick coconut milk 1/4 cup curd 1-2 tsp lemon juice Salt to taste Sugar or honey to taste
Take a bowl, whisk the coconut milk and curd until smooth.
For savoury, mix in salt and temper with mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chillies.
For sweet, add sugar/honey and a pinch of cardamom powder for extra flavour.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes and serve as a dip, side dish or dessert.
