Creamy And Healthy Garlic Salad Dressing Recipe

A good salad dressing can change everything, and this creamy garlic version does it without feeling heavy. Smooth, flavourful, and easy to make, it adds just the right punch to salads, roasted veggies, or wraps. Fresh garlic gives it character, while simple ingredients keep it light and wholesome.

Ingredients

Hung curd- ½ cup Garlic- 2 or 3 cloves Olive oil- 2 tsp Lemon juice- 1 ½ tbsp Honey- 1 tsp Black pepper powder- ½ tsp Salt to taste Water or milk- 2-3 tbsp

Step 1

Add curd in a mixing bowl and whisk it until it's smooth and there are no lumps left.

Step 2

Add grated garlic and mix it, then slowly pour in some olive oil, making sure to keep whisking it.

Step 3

1. Add lemon juice and honey, mix it well.

Step 4

Add salt and black pepper and mix it well.

Step 5

If it is too thick, add a bit of water or milk until it reaches the right consistency.

Step 6

Try it and if it needs a bit more salt, lemon or garlic.

Step 7

Store it in a container and let it sit for 10 minutes for the flavour to all come together.
