Murgh malai tikka is a soft, creamy chicken delight marinated in cheese, cream, and mild spices. Smoky, juicy, and rich, it is a restaurant-style starter that’s perfect for celebrations and family dinners.
500 g boneless chicken cubes 3 tbsp fresh cream 2 tbsp grated cheese 1 tbsp hung curd 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste ½ tsp pepper, salt to taste Butter for brushing
Mix cream, cheese, curd, ginger-garlic, and spices.
Coat chicken pieces in marinade; rest for 2 hours.
Skewer and grill on medium flame or oven.
Brush with butter halfway through cooking.
Serve hot with lemon wedges and mint chutney.
