Hot churros dessert delivers carnival-style crunch with ridged dough fried till golden and rolled in cinnamon sugar. Dip into silky chocolate sauce that snaps lightly before melting, turning every bite into a playful sweet-tooth moment.
1 cup water 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp sugar 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 egg ½ tsp vanilla extract Oil for frying ½ cup sugar (for coating) 1 tsp cinnamon powder
Heat water, butter, and sugar in a pan; once simmering, add flour and stir fast until a smooth dough forms.
Cool slightly, then mix in egg and vanilla until glossy and pipeable.
Transfer dough to a piping bag with a star nozzle.
Pipe directly into medium-hot oil; fry till deep golden and crisp.
Toss hot churros in cinnamon sugar and serve with melted chocolate.
