Grilled fish is a light, protein-rich delight that captures the smoky essence of open-flame cooking. Marinated in tangy lemon, fresh herbs, and spices, it’s a perfect dish for both healthy eaters and seafood lovers.
2 fish fillets (pomfret, tilapia, or basa) 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste ½ tsp red chilli powder ½ tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp coriander powder Salt to taste Fresh coriander and lemon wedges (for garnish)
Rinse fish fillets and pat dry.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and all spices into a thick marinade.
Coat fish evenly and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
Grill on a hot pan or BBQ for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and flaky.
Garnish with fresh coriander and lemon wedges; serve hot with mint chutney.
