2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp maida 1 cup spinach 1 cup boiled corn Salt to taste 4-6 bread slices ½ cup grated cheese ½ tsp red chilli flakes 1 tsp chilli oil ½ tsp oregano
Heat butter in a pan and saute corn kernel and spinach in it for a couple of minutes.
Sprinkle salt, oregano, and chilli flakes. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Keep the mixture aside and spread butter on the bread slices.
Spread a layer of this mixture over bread slices and top them with cheese.
Add a few drops of chilli oil before roasting a sandwich on a grilling pan.
Serve the sandwich with sauce or dip of your choice.
