Corn Chaat Recipe: Spicy & Tangy Street-Style Snack

Corn chaat is a tangy and spicy snack prepared with boiled sweet corn, onions, tomatoes, spices, and lemon juice. It is a light and flavourful dish that makes for a quick appetiser or tea-time snack.

Ingredients

1 cup sweet corn (boiled) ½ onion (finely chopped) 1 small tomato (finely chopped) 1 green chilli (finely chopped) 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves (chopped) ½ tsp roasted cumin powder ½ tsp chaat masala Salt to taste Lemon juice to taste Sev for garnish (optional)

Step 1

Place boiled corn in a mixing bowl.

Step 2

Add onion, tomato, chilli, coriander, cumin powder, chaat masala, salt, and lemon juice.

Step 3

Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Step 4

Garnish with sev if desired and serve immediately as a snack.
