Coriander-Garlic Chutney: A Perfect Companion To Every Meal

When two flavourful ingredients come together, they create a melange of notes that leave your lips smacking. The same is the case with coriander and garlic. This chutney recipe is all you need to add oomph to every meal.

Ingredients

2 tsp mango pickle 50 grams of coriander leaves 5-6 garlic cloves Salt to taste 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp olive oil ½ tomato 2 green chillies 1-inch ginger

Step 1

Wash coriander leaves thoroughly and add them to the grinder.

Step 2

Peel garlic cloves and drop them in the grinder too.

Step 3

Add green chillies, ginger, tomato, mango pickle, and salt.

Step 4

Grind the ingredients into a smooth paste. You can also roast them before grinding.

Step 5

Pour the chutney into a jar and drizzle lemon juice and olive oil.

Step 6

Combine the ingredients and enjoy spicy, tangy, and robust chutney.
