Masala buttermilk recipe brings chilled, spiced relief after heavy meals, blending yoghurt, roasted cumin, mint, and green chilli into a light desi cooler that keeps Holi gatherings fresh, tangy, and endlessly pour-worthy all day long.
2 cups chilled yoghurt 1 cup cold water 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint 1 small green chilli ½ tsp roasted cumin powder ½ tsp black salt Salt to taste
Add yoghurt, water, mint, and green chilli to a blender.
Blend briefly until smooth and slightly frothy.
Stir in roasted cumin powder, black salt, and regular salt.
Taste and adjust spice or tanginess as needed.
Pour into glasses and serve chilled with extra mint on top.
