2 firm yet ripe mangoes, diced 1 small red onion, finely chopped 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped 1 jalapeño or green chili, de-seeded and minced Juice of 1 large lime A pinch of salt
Dice the mangoes into uniform small cubes and place them in a medium mixing bowl.
Add the finely chopped red onion, minced jalapeño, and fresh cilantro to the mangoes.
