Crunchy, cooling, and surprisingly addictive, this coleslaw salad turns everyday vegetables into a refreshing bowl. Balanced dressing, smart slicing, and texture play make it perfect alongside spicy meals or light lunches for summer cravings everywhere.
1 cup finely shredded cabbage ½ cup grated carrot 2 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tbsp fresh cream 1 tsp lemon juice ½ tsp sugar ¼ tsp salt ¼ tsp black pepper
Add shredded cabbage and grated carrot to a mixing bowl and toss lightly.
In a separate bowl, whisk mayonnaise and cream until smooth and creamy.
Add lemon juice, sugar, salt, and black pepper; mix until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix gently to coat evenly.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes and serve chilled for the best crunch.
