Cold brew is a brewing method that allows the flavour of the coffee beans to be infused in the cold water. An orange cold brew makes up for a great summer sip!
500 ml of water 30g ground coffee of your choice 2 oranges Ice, as needed Sweeteners of your choice
To remove the wax, rinse the oranges under a warm tap and clean them. Pat them dry.
Use a vegetable peeler to remove all of the skin from one orange, just like you would an apple.
Save the other for later. Place the peel and ground coffee in the jar, then pour in the water.
Stir once to ensure that all of the ingredients are moistened. Refrigerate and leave for 12-16 hours.
Strain and serve with plenty of ice. Garnish with a strip of fresh orange peel!
