If you like coffee and dessert, combine the two and enjoy the best of both worlds. Coffee mousse is one such recipe that you can prepare with a minimal number of ingredients, but when served, it looks sophisticated, as if prepared by a seasoned pastry chef.
½ cup milk 1 cup heavy cream 110 g melted chocolate ½ cup sugar ¼ cup espresso
Whip the cream until it has soft peaks.
Mix warm milk, powdered sugar, coffee, and melted chocolate in a bowl.
Gently fold whipped cream into the coffee-milk blend.
Divide the mousse blend into different jars.
Refrigerate the mousse for a couple of hours and enjoy.
