Add lemon juice and mint leaves to coconut water and prepare a batch of sweet, salty, and tangy mojito.
This cooler has the goodness of coconut and the scent of roses. A few drops of rose essence and a garnish of petals elevate this drink.
Blend coconut yoghurt with a couple of tablespoons of water. Add sugar or jaggery to your taste and a pinch of cardamom to elevate the flavour profile.
