Coconut ladoo is a sweet dish comprising nutty notes and an oh-so delightful taste. If you have a sweet tooth, one won’t be enough to satisfy your sugar cravings. Hence, here is a recipe you can replicate at home for an unlimited supply of sugary balls.
¼ tsp cardamom powder 2 cups grated coconut 8 cashews ¾ cup sugar 1 tsp ghee 1 cup milk
Heat ghee in a pan and roast cashews in it.
Once cashews are brown, keep them aside, and mix sugar, milk, and coconut in the pan.
Mix the ingredients well and turn off the heat. Let the mixture cool off.
Sprinkle cardamom powder over the blend and start shaping it like a ladoo.
High cashew in each ladoo and let your guests enjoy a crunchy surprise.
