This South Indian ghee roast dosa recipe brings together the perfect crisp texture and the rich aroma of ghee. It’s a breakfast classic that never fails to impress, served with coconut chutney and a bowl of hot sambar.
2 cups dosa batter (fermented) 2 tbsp ghee Salt to taste Coconut chutney and sambar for serving
Heat a dosa tawa and grease it lightly with ghee.
Pour a ladle of batter in the centre and spread it thin in circular motion.
Drizzle ghee along the edges and cook until golden and crisp.
Serve immediately with chutney and sambar.
