This iconic serve combines earthy Peruvian Pisco with tart, freshly squeezed lime juice, simple syrup, and an egg white to achieve its signature silky body and velvety crown of white foam. Dry shaking the ingredients prior to adding ice creates a luscious emulsion that carries the subtle botanicals of the grape spirit across your palate. Finished with a few delicate drops of Angostura bitters over the froth for aromatic contrast, this elegant drink delivers an unforgettable interplay of sweet, sour, and botanical notes for any evening gathering.
