Fresh and creamy guacamole made with ripe avocados, citrus, and crunchy vegetables. This quick dip delivers bold flavours and smooth texture, making it perfect for nachos, toast, wraps, or healthy snacking.
2 ripe avocados 1 finely chopped onion 1 deseeded and finely chopped tomato 1 chopped green chilli 1 lemon's juice Salt to taste 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
Cut avocados in half, remove the seed, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
Mash lightly with a fork, keeping the texture chunky and creamy.
Add onion, tomato, green chilli, and salt to the bowl.
Squeeze in lemon juice to add freshness and prevent browning.
Mix gently, garnish with coriander, and serve immediately.
