50g macaroni 2 cups cheddar cheese 1 cup of milk 2 tablespoons of butter 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour Salt, pepper, and mustard powder (optional) Fresh parsley (optional)

Step 1

Cook macaroni pasta until soft. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

In a saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour and mustard powder to make a sauce.

Step 3

Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth and thickened.

Step 4

Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until smooth. Top with salt and pepper.

Combine the cooked pasta with the cheese sauce, ensuring the pasta is well coated.
