The Paloma is a bright, refreshing tequila cocktail that brings a burst of citrus to your festive evenings. The flavour stays crisp and lively, making it perfect for early December nights when you want something celebratory but not too heavy. Serve it chilled with a salted rim for that classic finish.
60 ml tequila ½ cup grapefruit juice (fresh or bottled) 15 ml lime juice 15–20 ml simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste) Soda or sparkling water Salt for the rim Ice
Salt the rim of a glass by rubbing it with lime and dipping it into salt.
Fill the glass with ice and pour in tequila, grapefruit juice and lime juice.
Add simple syrup if you prefer it sweeter.
Top with soda, stir gently and garnish with a grapefruit or lime slice.
