Irish Coffee is a timeless winter cocktail that pairs hot, freshly brewed coffee with smooth Irish whiskey and lightly whipped cream. The warmth of the coffee balances the richness of the whiskey, while the cream floats gently on top, creating a comforting contrast of textures. It feels indulgent without being overly sweet and works beautifully for cold December nights. Serve it hot and sip it slowly.
1 cup hot brewed coffee 45 ml Irish whiskey 1–2 tsp brown sugar Lightly whipped cream
Warm a heatproof glass and add brown sugar and Irish whiskey.
Pour in hot coffee and stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
Gently float lightly whipped cream over the back of a spoon on top.
Serve immediately without stirring.
