Chocolate Oats Smoothie Bowl is a thick and creamy blend of oats, banana, cocoa, and milk, topped with crunchy and colourful toppings. It is filling, energising, and perfect for mornings when you need a healthy boost.
½ cup rolled oats (soaked in milk for 15 minutes) 1 banana (frozen or fresh) 1 tbsp cocoa powder 1 tbsp honey or jaggery syrup ½ cup milk or almond milk Toppings: sliced banana, chia seeds, nuts, granola, or dark chocolate shavings
Blend soaked oats, banana, cocoa powder, honey, and milk until smooth and thick.
Pour into a bowl and spread evenly.
Add your choice of toppings like nuts, seeds, granola, or fruit.
Serve immediately as a chilled, refreshing breakfast bowl.
