A gluten-free dessert Recipe can be just as indulgent without relying on refined flour. This easy chocolate almond mug cake comes together in minutes, giving you a warm, gooey treat whenever the sweet tooth hits.
3 tbsp almond flour 1 tbsp cocoa powder 1 tbsp powdered sugar or honey ¼ tsp baking powder 3 tbsp milk 1 tbsp melted butter ¼ tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp chocolate chips
Combine almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder in a mug.
Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla; whisk until smooth.
Fold in chocolate chips gently.
Microwave on high for 60-75 seconds until just set.
Rest for a minute and enjoy warm straight from the mug.
