Bright green bok choy stalks crunch with each bite while tender leaves fold into silky layers. Garlic and soy coat the vegetable perfectly, making this bok choy recipe flavourful and impossible to overlook on the plate.
2 cups washed and chopped bok choy 1 tbsp oil 4 finely chopped garlic cloves 1 tsp soy sauce Salt to taste Black pepper
Heat oil in a wide pan over medium-high heat until hot.
Add garlic and sauté briefly until aromatic without browning.
Add bok choy stems first and stir-fry for a minute until slightly tender.
Add the leaves along with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Toss well for another minute and serve immediately while fresh.
