Tender ice apple pieces floating in cold coconut water and milk make this Nungu juice unbelievably cooling after a sweaty day outdoors. The soft jelly-like texture and delicate sweetness turn it into a drink people crave every summer.

Ingredients

3 chopped nungu (ice apples) 1 cup chilled coconut water ½ cup chilled milk 2 tbsp sugar or honey Ice cubes as needed 1 tbsp soaked sabja seeds

Step 1

Peel the nungu carefully and chop it into small, soft cubes that are easy to sip and chew.

Step 3

Mix in soaked sabja seeds for extra cooling texture and a refreshing summer-style finish.

Step 4

Add the chopped nungu along with ice cubes and stir gently so the fruit pieces stay soft and intact.

Step 5
