Mango shake is a perfect pick for a morning beverage because of its ample properties. But the one you must consider is its fulfilling nature that can curb cravings and keep you satiated for a long. Here is the recipe.
2 tbsp sugar 2 cups of mangoes 1.5 cups of milk 1.5 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp crushed nuts
Add milk and mangoes to a blender.
You can add some ice to ensure the consistency is thick.
Add sugar and mix until it dissolves.
Drop vanilla extract into the blend and stir with a spoon.
Pour the mango into glasses.
Garnish it with crushed nuts and enjoy.
