When the sun is over your head, and you cannot stop sweating, you need a chilled dessert to help you feel better and bring down your body temperature. How about a falooda with ice cream? Here is a recipe to make it at home.
½ cup water 1.75 cups of full-fat milk 3 tbsp sugar ½ cup falooda sev 2 tbsp rose syrup ½ tbsp sabja seeds 4 scoops vanilla ice cream 2 tbsp jelly
Add sugar to the chilled milk and stir it until the crystals dissolve.
You can boil the milk until it reduces, chill it, and then add the sugar.
While you continue stirring, soak sabja seeds and boil falooda sev.
Meanwhile, set the jelly in the refrigerator.
Add jelly to a glass and top it with sev, sabja seeds, and rose syrup.
Pour chilled milk and add ice cream on the top. Falooda ice cream is ready.
