Creamy overnight chia pudding soaked in milk and lightly sweetened with honey creates a smooth, pudding-like texture with refreshing fruit flavours that make breakfast, dessert, or healthy snacking feel indulgent and satisfying.
3 tbsp chia seeds 1 cup milk 1 tbsp honey 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup chopped fruits 1 tbsp chopped nuts
Combine chia seeds, milk, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl or jar.
Stir thoroughly so the chia seeds spread evenly without sticking together.
Refrigerate the mixture overnight until it thickens into a creamy pudding consistency.
Stir once again before serving to keep the texture smooth and even.
Top the chia pudding with fresh fruits and nuts for extra crunch and flavour.
