This millet dosa is light, crisp, and naturally nutritious, making it a great Children’s Day treat. It uses simple ingredients yet tastes familiar enough for kids to enjoy without fuss.
1 cup millet flour (ragi, jowar, or bajra) ½ cup semolina (rava) ½ cup curd Salt and water as needed Oil for cooking
Mix millet flour, semolina, curd, and salt in a bowl, then add water gradually to make a smooth batter.
Rest the batter for 10–15 minutes.
Heat a tawa and pour a ladle of batter, spreading it thinly.
Drizzle oil, cook until crisp and golden, and serve with chutney.
