Chickpea hummus is a delightful snack partner. Loaded with protein and packed with earthy notes, it complements lavash, chips, crackers, and other crunchy snacks. Check out its recipe.
¼ cup lemon juice, tahini 1.5 cans of chickpeas 1 small garlic clove Salt to taste Dash of paprika 2-3 tbsp water Salt to taste ½ tsp cumin powder 2 tbsp olive oil
Add chickpeas, garlic, and tahini into a food processor.
Grind the ingredients and add salt, lemon juice, cumin powder, and paprika.
Grind again. Add olive oil for a glossy finish and smooth consistency.
Take out the hummus in a small bowl or plate.
Add a tablespoon of oil on top and sprinkle paprika powder.
Serve the hummus with crackers and other snacks.
