Imagine biting into a warm, flaky paratha with spiced chicken keema melting in your mouth, a perfect balance of comfort and nutrition. Golden, flaky parathas filled with juicy, spiced chicken keema, perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a cosy dinner.
250g chicken keema 1 cup whole-wheat flour 1 finely chopped onion 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 1 chopped green chilli ½ tsp garam masala 1 tbsp chopped coriander Salt to taste 1 tsp ghee (for cooking)
Sauté the onion and ginger-garlic paste in a pan until golden brown.
Add chicken keema, green chilli, garam masala, salt; cook until dry.
Knead wheat flour with water and a pinch of salt into dough.
Divide the dough, stuff with keema, and roll into parathas.
Cook on tawa with ghee until golden brown.
