2-3 tbsp Greek yoghurt 250g chicken 2 tbsp oil Salt as needed 1 tsp red chilli powder ¾ tsp garam masala 1.5 tbsp lemon juice 1 medium onion 1.5 tsp ginger-garlic paste
Marinate the chicken well in a blend of spices and yoghurt.
Refrigerate it for a couple of hours.
Pass the skewers through the pieces and grill them for 15 minutes.
Make sure the chicken pieces are cooked through and charred.
Serve chicken tikka with beer or whisky and enjoy a protein-loaded snack.
