Chicken fried rice is the best recipe to use leftover ingredients and transform them into a bowl of comfort. The protein-rich recipe is for every meat-lover who cannot get enough of it. Tap to note the guide and replicate the dish in your kitchen.
¼ tsp sugar, pepper 1 tbsp soy sauce, garlic 1 tsp rice vinegar 2 green chillies 2 scallions ½ cup bell pepper 150 grams of chopped chicken Salt to taste 3 cups cooked rice ½ tsp soy sauce 1 egg A pinch of crushed pepper
Heat a wok and add chicken, beaten egg, soy sauce, pepper, and salt to taste.
When the chicken is 90% done, add vegetables of your choice.
Saute on high flame before adding more sauce, garlic, rice vinegar, and pepper.
Add rice and gently toss the ingredients together until the chicken is coated with rice.
Transfer chicken fried rice to a bowl.
Garnish it with spring onion and enjoy with a cocktail, mocktail, or aerated drink.
