Even though it is tempting to start your day with a heavy plate of chole bhature, it is not ideal. To ensure you have a healthy start to the week, try this chia smoothie bowl, which is both healthy and indulgent.

Ingredients

½ cup banana slices ½ cup berries ½ cup almond milk 1 tbsp chia seeds ¼ cup yoghurt 1 tsp honey Fresh fruits, for garnish

Step 1

Soak the chia seeds in almond milk for about ten minutes till they are jelly-like.

Step 2

Take a blender and blend banana slices, berries, yoghurt, and soaked chia seeds.

Step 3

Pour the mixture into a bowl and add chopped fruit such as mangoes, cherries, and bananas.

Step 4

Drizzle some honey, and your healthy bowl will be ready.
