Getting up in the morning, completing chores and making a healthy breakfast before going to work can be hard. If you’re looking for a quick breakfast fix, try this easy and healthy chia smoothie bowl recipe.
1/2 cup banana slices 1/2 cup berries 1/2 cup almond milk 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1/4 cup yoghurt 1 teaspoon honey Fresh fruits for garnishing
Soak the chia seeds in almond milk for about ten minutes till they are jelly-like.
Take a blender and blend banana slices, berries, yoghurt, and soaked chia seeds.
Transfer the mixture into a bowl.
Add chopped fruits like mangoes, cherries, bananas., on top of the chia smoothie.
Drizzle some honey, and your healthy bowl will be ready.
