Chia pudding transforms tiny seeds into a creamy, dessert-like bowl that feels indulgent yet utterly clean. With slow-release energy, gentle crunch, and endless flavour options, it’s the easiest way to enjoy a nutritious, feel-good morning ritual.
3 tbsp chia seeds 1 cup milk/almond milk 1 tsp honey ¼ tsp vanilla Toppings as needed fruits/nuts
Pour milk into a bowl and whisk in honey and vanilla until fully blended and smooth.
Add chia seeds gradually while stirring to ensure the mixture doesn’t clump.
Let it sit for 10 minutes, then whisk again to distribute the seeds evenly.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 3-4 hours until it becomes thick and pudding-like.
Stir once more before serving, then top with fruits or nuts for flavour and texture.
