Chia detox water is a hydrating drink that combines chia seeds, lemon, and mint for a refreshing and cleansing start to the day.
1 tbsp chia seeds 1 glass water 1 tsp lemon juice 4–5 mint leaves Honey to taste (optional)
Soak chia seeds in a glass of water for 15–20 minutes.
Add lemon juice and mint leaves. Stir well and sweeten with honey if desired.
Serve chilled as a detox morning drink.
