Golden tortillas hugging molten cheese and sizzling veggies turn this quesadilla into pure comfort on a plate. Each bite stretches with gooey goodness while the toasted crunch adds just the right café-style drama.
4 flour tortillas 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) ½ cup sliced onions ½ cup bell peppers (mixed colours) 1 tsp chilli flakes ½ tsp cumin powder 1 tbsp butter or oil Salt to taste
Heat butter in a pan and sauté onions and peppers with spices briefly.
Place one tortilla on the pan, spread cheese and cooked veggies evenly.
Cover with another tortilla and press gently.
Cook both sides until crisp and cheese melts completely.
Slice into wedges and serve hot with dip or salsa.
