Cute, bite-sized cheese sandwiches with mild veggies make a colourful, easy-to-eat tiffin that kids enjoy without fuss, perfect for busy mornings and quick packing.
4 bread slices 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp grated cheese 2 tbsp finely chopped veggies (carrot, capsicum) Salt to taste ½ tsp oregano or mixed herbs
Mix grated cheese, chopped veggies, salt, and herbs in a bowl.
Spread butter on the bread slices and evenly add the prepared filling.
Cover with another slice and press gently to seal.
Cut into small triangles or bite-sized squares.
Pack fresh or lightly toast for a crisp texture before packing.
