Cheese corn samosa is a crispy pastry filled with a creamy mixture of sweet corn and melted cheese, seasoned with mild spices. It’s a popular tea-time snack and a party favourite.
1 cup sweet corn (boiled) ½ cup grated processed cheese 1 green chilli (finely chopped) ½ tsp chilli flakes ½ tsp mixed herbs Salt to taste Samosa sheets or dough Oil for frying
In a bowl, mix boiled corn, cheese, chilli, chilli flakes, herbs, and salt.
Fill each samosa sheet with the mixture and seal the edges with water.
Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the samosas until golden brown.
Drain on a paper towel and serve hot with chutney or sauce.
