It might be time to put an aesthetic twist on the classic charcuterie board for your parties. Instead, try putting together individual charcuterie cups for your guests. If you’re thinking about how to create it, here are some tips to keep in mind

Step 1

You need to know what you want your cups to be filled with. These can include bite-sized seasonal fruits, various meats, crackers, jams, nuts and pickles.

Step 2

Lay everything out on a tray. Cut and chop the ingredients as required. Use skewers and foopicks for the fruits, pickles and veggies.

Step 3

Start layering one by one. Add the nuts, pickles and crackers first. Then add the meats, folded or stacked on a foodpick.

Step 4

Fruits and cheese come in next on top. Do not just dump everything in. Place them gently.

Step 5

Lastly, add in the bite-sized chocolates and jellies if you have any. Once done, place in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.

Step 6

The charcuterie cups should not sit out for more than 4 hours. If it does, you shall dispose of it immediately.

Step 7

Presentation is key. If you’re serving these cups, make sure the cups are aesthetically pleasing, and all the food is fresh!
