Chana is a protein-rich ingredient, making it a right and popular choice for breakfast. It is super easy to make and can be packed in a tiffin as well. Tap to read the recipe, which you will be following throughout the year.
2 cups boiled chana 1 onion, tomato 1 green chilli 1-inch ginger ½ tsp coriander ⅛ tsp garam masala Salt to taste 1 tbsp oil 1 tbsp coriander leaves 1 tbsp lemon juice ¼ tsp turmeric powder
Heat oil in a kadhai and saute green chilli and ginger.
Add turmeric and onion to the kadhai.
When onions are translucent, add tomato, powdered spices, and salt.
When tomatoes are slightly mushy, add chana. Cook for 5 minutes.
Turn off the flame. Drizzle lemon juice and sprinkle coriander leaves.
Serve the dish hot and enjoy.
