Nariyal barfi is a traditional Indian sweet that simply melts in the mouth. To add something sweet to your vrat vali thali for Navratri, coconut barfi will be an impeccable option. Here’s how to make it.
1 cup grated coconut 1/2 cup condensed milk 1/4 cup powdered sugar 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder Ghee for cooking
Take a pan and grease it with ghee.
Mix grated coconut, condensed milk, powdered sugar, and cardamom powder in a bowl.
Cook the mixture in a pan and keep stirring till the mixture thickens.
Once you get the desired consistency, transfer the barfi into the greased pan. Let it cool.
Cut into squares, garnish with chopped nuts and serve.
