Chabeel, also known as kachi lassi, is a summer special Punjabi beverage. The rose-flavoured pink drink being served on roadsides is a common sight in Northern India. Here’s how you can make it at home.
4 cups chilled water 2 cups milk 1/2 cup rose syrup 1 cup ice cubes
Take a jar and chill the water and milk for the chabeel.
Mix water, milk, rose syrup, and sugar until thoroughly combined.
Stir in the ice cubes and refrigerate until serving.
