Hot, fudgy brownie meets chilled vanilla ice cream on a sizzling plate, creating that irresistible café-style drama at home. Melting chocolate sauce seeps through every bite, making it rich, gooey, and completely indulgent.
100 g dark chocolate 80 g butter 100 g sugar 2 eggs 60 g all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp vanilla essence 1 scoop vanilla ice cream 2 tbsp chocolate sauce
Melt dark chocolate and butter together until smooth and glossy.
Whisk sugar and eggs, then mix in the melted chocolate and vanilla essence.
Gently fold in the flour, then pour the batter into a greased baking tin.
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes until just set and fudgy inside.
Place the brownie on a hot, sizzling plate, top with ice cream, and pour the chocolate sauce immediately.
