A creamy bowl of pasta is one of the most frequently ordered dishes at an Italian cafe. If you want to replicate the recipe of penne pasta, why don’t you follow this guide and enjoy a creamy meal?
450g pasta of your choice 2 tomatoes 2 cloves of garlic 1/4 cup walnuts 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/4 cup vegetable broth 1 tablespoon lemon juice Salt and pepper to taste Fresh herbs for garnish
Boil water with a little salt. Add penne pasta and cook till it’s soft.
Chop tomatoes and blend with garlic, olive oil, vegetable broth, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Add the sauce to the cooked pasta. Cook with toasted walnuts and season with salt.
Transfer the pasta to a plate and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
Garnish with mixed herbs and cheese before serving.
